KEVIN D. BERRY 

Kevin D. Berry focuses on the representation of Employers, Insurance Carriers, and Third Party Administrators in Workers' Compensation and Employment Law. Mr. Berry was a founding member to form Perrine, Redemann, Berry, Taylor & Frette, PLLC in 2002. He has an "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and is a frequent speaker at continuing education seminars. Kevin Berry has served on two separate occasions as President and Secretary on the Board of Governors of the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Section. In addition to having tried thousands of cases, he has also argued and briefed many cases at the Appellate level. Mr. Berry also serves as a Workers’ Compensation Mediator.

Admissions: admitted to the bar 1986, Oklahoma; also admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern and Western District Courts.
